As a Bartender at Casa Tua, you will showcase creativity, precision, and hospitality while bringing our cocktail program to life. 

Responsibilities 

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beverages with consistency, artistry, and efficiency 

• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, wine, and spirits to enhance the guest experience 

• Uphold proper recipes, garnishes, and presentation standards to reflect Casa Tua’s refined service style 

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and full stock of the bar at all times 

• Collaborate with servers and support staff to ensure seamless and timely service 

• Engage warmly with guests at the bar and in the dining room, offering an elevated and welcoming experience 

• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines 

• Support the overall service team by anticipating guest needs and contributing to a polished dining experience 
   

• Previous experience as a bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant 

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and premium spirits; mixology training a plus 

• Excellent communication and hospitality skills with a guest-first mindset 

• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment 

Morning and evening availability; open schedule and flexibility required
