As a Drink Runner at YEEELS Group, you are an essential part of our front-of-house team, ensuring that every drink crafted at the bar reaches guests efficiently, accurately, and with a smile. You support our bartenders and servers, contributing to a seamless and elevated guest experience in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
Responsibilities:

Deliver cocktails, beverages, and orders from the bar to guests efficiently and accurately

Assist bartenders in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area

Communicate effectively with bar and service teams to ensure smooth operations

Support the creation of an enjoyable and memorable guest experience

Follow hygiene, safety, and alcohol service standards at all times

Assist with restocking, cleaning, and organizing the bar as needed
Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality, bar, or restaurant environments preferred

Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills

Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude

Reliability, discipline, and enthusiasm for delivering excellent service
Compensation:

$11/hr minimum wage when tipped (tip-based, pooled via a 5-point tip system)
-
$16.50/hr minimum wage without tips
