Famed French Restaurant seeks a Line Cook.
Two (2) years experience in a structured kitchen environment. Classic training, Understanding of fundamental cooking techniques: Sous Vide, Blanching, Slow Cooking, Solid Knife Skills, FIFO, Food Handlers Certified.
Willing to clean on a nightly basis and want to work in a positive and encouraging environment. Competitive pay with work experience and craftsmanship

- Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively with his/her managers and his/her teammates
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment throughout the shift in accordance with Health Department and restaurant standards.
- Able to prepare and execute mise en place fully for your station
- Maintain the high standards established by the Executive Chef
- Must be able to follow instructions during service from Chef throughout the service.
