Joon is seeking a Barback with experience and availability to support the team as a Busser/Runner as needed.
What we’re looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar (preferred)
- A team player with good communication skills
- Reliable, efficient, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift heavy items and stay on your feet during shifts
- Passion for hospitality and learning about food, wine, and cocktails
Responsibilities
- Support bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, and ice
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked at all times
- Remove trash and recyclables as needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Help with opening and closing duties of the bar
- Assist bartenders during busy service to ensure smooth operations
- Other support duties to Front of House as needed, including running food to tables during peak hours and bussing tables as needed.
