We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Floor Manager to join our team at a busy neighborhood bar and restaurant.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys being hands-on during service, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Running and overseeing shifts to ensure smooth service
- Hosting and engaging with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Providing quality control and support for both front and back of house teams
- Monitoring cleanliness, organization, and service standards throughout each shift
- Assisting with closing procedures and end-of-night duties
- Supporting management with staff communication and operational needs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant or bar management or floor leadership
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A genuine desire to provide excellent hospitality and lead by example
- Availability to work nights and weekends part time.
