Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

The Client:

I have teamed up with an exciting Hospitality Group in New York City who have an array of uniqueand vibrant hospitality destinations offering various cuisines in a upscale setting. Our client is seeking a motivated Floor Manager to join their successful team. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to grow within the industry!

Responsibilities of the Floor Manager:

• Provide an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest level of service
• Work alongside the management and back of house team to ensure a smooth service for guests
• Address and resolve all guest queries in a prompt and efficient manor
• Create staff schedules and undertake pre-shift meetings with the team
• Build a great work environment for the team
• Ensure each team member is fully trained, supported and equipped to do their job

The Ideal Candidate:

• 2 years’ experience in a comparable role, preferably in a elevated/upscale establishment
• Proven experience using restaurant management software and POS systems
• Superb communication and time management skills
• An eye for small detail
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest concerns effectively
