Sous Chef – Up to $85000 + Bonus – New York, NY

We’re hiring a Sous Chef for a newly opened Italian restaurant that’s part of a growing hospitality group. This role is ideal for a motivated culinary professional with a hands-on approach. The Sous Chef will help manage the kitchen team, support day-to-day operations, and ensure consistency, quality, and creativity across service.

Sous Chef Requirements:

• Proven progressive kitchen experience, must have held sous chef position or higher
• MUST have experience with wood fire oven cooking
• Confident - able to hop right in with the team
• Energetic, motivated, and passionate about delivering high-quality, consistent food

Benefits:
