Job Details
We are looking for someone who can start as a cashier, understand the guest flow, run food, bus tables and learn and/or adapt to our way of making coffee, and learning/selling alcoholic beverages.
We have a slim team and intend on keeping it small. We average about 400 transactions on a daily basis. Tips are added in addition to the hourly wage.
We are look for someone who can think an adapt to different situations. This versatility allows us to keep our team effective. We look for candidates to learn and grow with the company as we grow. Upon hiring, everyone is expected to work through different stations (register, pass, dining room floor) before trained on the fundamentals of coffee, beer and wine.
Applicant should have a hospitality first mindset while being able to navigate through all the different personalities coming through the door. Early riser is a must (earliest call time is at 6:30AM) but the shifts will vary throughout the week.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($15.00) plus tips
Estimated Weekly Tips: $400

A graduate of CIA (The Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park), Chef Won concurrently works as the sole proprietor of La Tabatiere, located in Closter, NJ. It is hailed as one of the best bakeries in Northern New Jersey.
