Lead Server

Castell’s is an elevated Italian dining experience in the heart of Gravesend — where precision, warmth, and genuine hospitality come together nightly. We’re looking for a Lead Server to join our team — someone who takes pride in great service, moves with purpose, and can quietly lead a room.

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example on the floor, setting the pace and tone for service.

• Anticipate guest needs and ensure each table receives genuine, attentive care.

• Support the team during peak service — from running food and wine to coaching newer servers.

• Communicate seamlessly with management, kitchen, and bar to keep service flowing.

• Help train and uphold Castell’s service standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in upscale or fine dining service.

• Strong table presence with natural grace and confidence.

• Deep knowledge of food, wine, and sequence of service.

• Calm under pressure, proactive, and detail-driven.

• A genuine passion for hospitality — not just serving.
