Kitchen Staff

Olivia Macaron, a boutique bakery and café, is seeking experienced and reliable Kitchen Staff for Kitchen Production. This role is ideal for candidates with at least three years of experience in a bakery or kitchen production environment.

As part of our kitchen production team, you will assist in producing a variety of menu items, including:

• Handcrafted macarons and other sweet baked goods

• Savory pastries and quiches

• Soups and dressings

• Sandwiches and grab-and-go café items

You will also help maintain a clean, organized kitchen, follow food safety standards, and support smooth daily production.

• Produce macarons, savory pastries, quiches, soups, dressings, and sandwiches according to recipes

• Measure, mix, assemble, and prepare ingredients accurately

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the kitchen

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

• Support team members to ensure efficient daily production

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a bakery or kitchen production environment

• Knowledge of bakery and kitchen production equipment and techniques

• Ability to follow recipes and learn new production methods

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Competitive hourly pay ($15–$18/hour based on experience)
