Lardon/Union/The Meadowlark in Logan Square is looking to expand our team and seeking a part time FOH Support Staff team member that will help support FOH activities in all three of our restaurant / bar concepts.   
Weekend Avalibility is s MUST!  Shifts needed are Friday and Saturday Evenings + Sunday Brunch.  Potential cross training of food running if interested.  

Position Summary:

Support Staff Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Retrieve cleaned dishes, glassware and utensils from the dish room. Polish and distribute to each service station in order to keep a ready supply available for restaurant use.
  • Clear and restock bussing station.
  • Juicing citrus before service begins.
  • Help with food running when needed.  
  • Sweep restaurant floors throughout shift to maintain a clean, presentable and attractive restaurant.
  • Assists in restaurant set-up and tear-down as needed.
  • Has the mentality of "full hands in, full hands out" to and from the kitchen.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
  • Maintain a positive, pleasant, attitude every shift.
  • Work as a team with all of the Meadowlark Hospitality staff in order to foster a healthy work environment as well as a successful service.
  • Available to work a dynamic schedule including weekends & holidays.
  • Ability to accept coaching and constructive feedback.

With just 30 seats, it’s an intimate gathering place for friends, neighbors, industry professionals, and curious visitors. The Meadowlark’s rotating, concept-driven cocktail menu puts craftsmanship and creativity at the forefront—featuring unique spirits, house-made bitters, tinctures, infusions, fresh-pressed juices, and seasonally inspired ingredients. Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($13.00) plus tips
