Affiliated with STARR Restaurants, Pastis Miami is an expansive 8,000-square-foot restaurant, inclusive of a stunning outdoor space with an enclosed pergola, adorned by black locust, welcomes guests to enjoy exceptional French fare no matter the weather. The interior includes many design elements that the original location is known and loved for, such as a curved zinc bar, white subway tiles, red banquettes, vintage mirrors with handwritten daily specials, and mosaic-tiled floors.
We are seeking skilled AM/ PM Line Cooks to join our talented culinary team. The ideal candidate has a passion for French cuisine, works well under pressure, and takes pride in delivering exceptional dishes with consistency and care.

Who we are looking for:
- 2+ years of experience as a line cook in an upscale, high-volume restaurant
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, station setup, and kitchen organization
- Ability to maintain consistency and quality under pressure
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a desire to grow in a professional kitchen
- Brunch Experience
- Experience with French or European cuisine is a plus
