Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate BBQ Chef to join our team . This role is perfect for someone who loves working the grill, preparing delicious smoked and grilled meats, and creating an outstanding outdoor cooking experience for our guests. We serve food on Friday's at Happy Hour(4pm-7pm), Saturday Lunch(11:30am-2pm) and Sunday Lunch just during the NFL Season(11:30am-2pm). We also do private events which can be any night of the week except Friday's.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of BBQ dishes using smokers, grills, and other outdoor cooking equipment

Maintain food quality, flavor, and presentation standards

Set up and clean up cooking areas before and after service

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Provide friendly interaction with guests during cooking demonstrations or events
- Manage Bar and Kitchen Staff
- Manage Private Events
- Handle Purchase of Weekly Menu Items
Qualifications:

Prior BBQ or culinary experience preferred

Strong knowledge of grilling, smoking, and meat preparation

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in an outdoor/indoor kitchen
