Prepare and serve beverages:Mix and serve a variety of drinks, including classic cocktails and non-alcoholic options, according to recipes and customer requests.

Engage with customers:Greet guests, take orders, provide recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Manage inventory:Monitor stock levels, prepare garnishes, and restock supplies like liquor, mixers, and glassware as needed.

Handle transactions:Process payments accurately using a Point of Sale (POS) system and manage customer tabs.

Maintain bar cleanliness:Keep the bar area clean, organized, and sanitary by washing glassware, wiping surfaces, and following health and safety regulations.

Ensure responsible service:Verify customer identification to ensure legal drinking age and monitor guest consumption to prevent overserving.
additional duties - Assist with opening and closing procedures for the bar.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns.
- Collaborate with other staff, such as kitchen staff, to ensure smooth service.
- Contribute to creating drink menus.
- Assist with special events, catering, and banquets as needed.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($12.62 - $15.00) plus tips
