The Oaks Gourmet Market & Cafe has been a leader in the hybrid Restaurant/Market field now for over 16 years and we are looking for that special individual to join us into the next 15 years. We specialize in Gourmet products like chocolates, teas, cheese, charcuterie, natural wine, craft beer, RTD's, spirits, cigars, jams, spices, cookies, snacks and beverages to name a few. We have a full kitchen where we have been serving award winning food and have been featured on Food Network, Food Channel, Travel Channel and Local and National News programs. If you've ever worked in a restaurant you have probably only scratched the surface on one or two of these categories but we will give you the chance to learn about all these in depth. You will need to handle purchasing, kitchen management, employee training, payroll, invoicing & inventories and especially customer service amongst other things. This is the rare opportunity to start the rest of your professional career with a group who has been a player in the Los Angeles hospitality scene for almost 30 years. With over 18 venues under our belts including some of the best known establishments, you will be joining a team with experinece and drive.
