Are you hospitality focused and a strong multi-tasker? HighLife is looking for Cashiers to help us make sure each guest experience is handled smoothly and that each guest leaves with a positive, lasting impression.
Responsibilities:
- Ringing up customer orders
- Coffee and Beverage Service
- Utilizing proper cash handling procedures
- Maintaining a stocked, clean, and organized station
- Demonstrating a complete knowledge of the menu
- Adapting to the energy and flow of the business as it fluctuates throughout the day
- Answering phone calls and taking orders over the phone
- Organizing and handling pick-up and delivery order transactions
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Be able to confidently and clearly communicate with guests
- Have cash handling skills and experience with computer register systems
- Have an understanding of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Standing, stooping, kneeling, walking , wiping, reaching, bending and lifting are required actions throughout a shift
- Have the ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities during the shift
