Hi-Lawn's 50-foot spherical pop-up bar "Snowglow" at The Dome returns in November, and we are hiring for the season!
On the rooftop at Union Market, the 50-foot spherical dome, transforms into a globe of holiday magic with awe-inspiring animated visuals, spirited cocktails, festive eats, and plenty of holiday cheer.
Heated and designed for the Winter season, Snowlogw returns for a 6-week run from November 15 - January 4.
We are looking for professionals to join the bar team in providing high-end hospitality for guests while they enjoy this awe-inspiring experience. This is a seasonal position during the time the Snowglow experience will be live.
The ideal candidate is passionate, service-driven and thrives in an upscale or fine dining environment, where attention to detail and a commitment to excellence are key.
Bartender Responsibilities:
- Assist in service flow for the guest experience as required. There will be multiple seatings per night, all with time limitations
- Build creative craft cocktails according to recipes
- Provide high-end hospitality and service
- Assist in ensuring service flow is executed efficiently
- Maintain extensive knowledge of The Dome experience and guide guests in an efficient and enjoyable manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a bartending role
- Strength in efficient service while maintaining an enjoyable experience for the guest
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow direction
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in a high-volume setting
- Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Outgoing personality with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, with Friday through Sunday availability required
