New York’s famed Pastis, a longtime hot spot known for its Parisian fare from James Beard Award-winning restaurateurs Stephen Starr and Keith McNally, has made its way to the Music City.

Located in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood, Pastis Nashville features many of the beloved elements that define the iconic brand — a classic curved zinc bar outfitted with signature subway tiles, vintage mirrors with handwritten daily specials, and mosaic-tiled floors, all illuminated by the warm glow of Pastis’ signature golden lighting.

We’re seeking Dishwashers who are reliable, efficient, and committed to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our high-energy, fast-paced restaurant.

Who You Are:

• Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen is a plus, but not required

• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and maintain focus during busy shifts

• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards

• Team-oriented, dependable, and ready to support the kitchen in any way needed

• Willingness to learn and assist with other kitchen tasks as needed
