Responsibilities

• Set up the Expo station in an orderly and organized fashion to execute efficient operation.
• Strong knowledge of the menu to make sure all dishes are paced and delivered to guests in a timely manner. 
• Effectively communicate information during service such as dietary restrictions, special guest requests, and to ensure an ample supply of clean plateware and serviceware.
• Assist in food running and packaging take out orders. 
• Verify the quality, quantity, and presentation of each dish leaving the kitchen.
• Lead and foster a positive relationships between (FOH) and (BOH) teams through effective communication.
• Reinsure guest satisfaction and handle guest complaints satisfactorily.
• Follow safety and emergency procedures to safeguard staff, guests, and property.
• Exhibit courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with the public and staff, exemplyfying a welcoming and efficient workplace environment
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager ie. polishing, restocking, inventory, garnishes, sauces, pastry. 

Requirements

• 5 days a week (30-40 hrs/week) Must be available Saturday and Sunday 7:30am-3:00pm. 
• Demonstrate a commitment to your role and team.
• Possess at least 4 years of experience as an expeditor, server, or related role.
• Ability to perform in a high-pressure, high volume and fast service establishment.
• Maintain a high standard for detail in every aspect of your role.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
• Think clearly, act quickly, and maintain concentration during intense situations.
