About Us: ANDAMIRO is a Korean casual dining restaurant specializing in authentic Gukbap (Korean soup & rice) with specialty dishes. We're passionate about bringing quality Korean comfort food to our community in a welcoming, fast-paced environment. We are expected to be opened in November.

Opening Date: November 10, 2025

Position Overview: We're seeking energetic and experienced Servers for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions to join our team. You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with warm, friendly service
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly
• Provide menu recommendations and explain dishes to guests
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and service stations
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members
• Knowledge of POS system(Toast)

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as a server in a fast-paced, well-rated restaurant
• Ability to multitask effectively while providing exceptional service to guests
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Full availability, including weekends and evenings
• Enjoy creating a collaborative working environment
• Knowledge of Korean cuisine is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40lbs if necessary
• Safely and effectively use all necessary tools and equipment
• Stand and walk for shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant
