Pizzaiolo / Wood-Fired Pizza Cook

We’re looking for a skilled Pizzaiolo to join our kitchen team — someone with a passion for wood-fired cooking, a dedication to craft, and a warm, team-oriented attitude. Above all, we seek positive individuals who thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment. We value strong culinary backgrounds, promote from within, and encourage continuous growth and learning.

The ideal candidate fits the following criteria:

  • Skilled in hand-stretching dough, topping, and cooking pizzas in a wood-fired oven

  • Strong understanding of heat management and timing for consistent, high-quality results

  • Passionate about pizza, ingredients, and the craft of traditional and contemporary styles

  • Knowledgeable about food preparation and kitchen operations

  • Basic kitchen skills: knife handling, cooking techniques, and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards

  • Zero waste and ingredient cross-utilization mindset

  • Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and share knowledge

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Strong attention to detail and consistency

  • Professional, positive attitude with an understanding of hospitality and service

  • Flexibility and composure in a fast-paced kitchen environment

  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

  • Availability to work nights and weekends

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($24.00 - $28.00) plus tips
