The Role
The Executive Chef will oversee all kitchen operations across the group’s three NYC locations, providing hands-on leadership, creative direction, and operational consistency. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives in both the creative and business sides of the kitchen — balancing innovation with tradition, flavor with precision, and passion with performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all culinary operations across three high-performing NYC restaurants.

Oversee menu development that reflects authentic Italian and Italian-American heritage with modern execution and creativity.

Manage, train, and mentor CDCs, Sous Chefs, and BOH teams to ensure consistency, excellence, and team culture.

Implement best practices in kitchen systems, food cost management, and inventory control.

Maintain strong relationships with local purveyors and source the highest-quality seasonal ingredients.

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Collaborate with ownership and operations leadership on concept growth, openings, and brand development.

Uphold the group’s commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and culinary integrity.
Ideal Candidate Profile

5–7+ years of leadership experience as an Executive Chef or Corporate Chef in NYC or other major markets.

Deep expertise in classical Italian and Italian-American cuisine, from handmade pastas and sauces to wood-fired techniques and regional specialties.

Proven ability to manage and inspire multiple teams and locations with consistent quality and standards.

A creative, strategic thinker who can balance tradition with innovation.
