Deda, a modern Georgian restaurant in Pasadena, is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily restaurant operations. This is a full-time position for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management.

Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service and teamwork.

Ensure operational efficiency and uphold company policies and procedures.

Manage scheduling, inventory control, and vendor relationships.

Monitor and maintain compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations.

Collaborate with ownership and the culinary team to drive restaurant performance and guest satisfaction.

Address guest feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring positive outcomes.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role within the restaurant industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Deep understanding of restaurant operations, financial controls, and team development.

Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Proficiency with POS systems (Square preferred) and restaurant management software.
