Job Details
Balena is searching for a dynamic team member who is self motivated, hard working and wants to learn about the processes of cooking. We use a wood fired oven, a wood grill, all pasta is housemade and most butchering is done in house. We produce Italian inspired food using locally sourced midwest product and produce. 
 
Compensation details

Full Time position, Daily Family Meal, Dining Incentives at all Boka Restaurants.

Part of Boka Restaurant Group

Balena, is the first combination of Boka and Bristol Restaurant Groups. The 10,000 square foot space seats 170 people in the dining room and 40 in the private space. Chris Pandel has created a menu he calls “Honest Italian cooking.” The menu consists of starters, pastas, pizzas, and main dishes from the hardwood grill. The space designed by Karen Herold of 555, is dramatic and bright with 30 foot ceilings, a glass façade, a leather topped bar, reclaimed wood shelves, and a custom Balena clock on the back wall.
