Two Hands Hospitality is hiring a part-time line cook for our restaurants in Tribeca and Noho. Must be available for AM, PM, and weekend shifts.

WE OFFER:
- Rate starts at $19/hour and increases depending on qualifications and with time

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year restaurant experience in this role
- Full weekend availability REQUIRED (including AM and PM shifts)
- Ability to maintain DOH sanitation standards and uphold the cleanliness of the kitchen
- Basic knife skills
- Understanding of basic cooking techniques
- Ability to work/stand for 8-10 hours a day and occasionally carry up to 20 pounds
- Ability to keep your workspace clean and uphold the standards of the restaurant
- Must be available weekends
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Willingness and ability to follow instructions
- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
