Job Details

JUA is one of kind Korean wood-fired Restaurant in Flatiron District. This restaurant is the first project by former executive chef Hoyoung Kim from Two Michelin Starred Jungsik. We are looking for passionate and dedicated hospitality professionals to be a part of our opening service team.

JUA is accepting resumes for the following position(s):

Assitant Manager

Qualifications and Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in casual and fine dining.

- A strong sense of urgency and work ethic

- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and being respectful

- Flexible schedule is required

- Punctuality is a must

- Knowledge of Korean cuisine is a plus
