Qualifications
- Passion to provide exceptional guest service and attention to detail
- Personable, charming, and well spoken
- Warm and welcoming to both guests and staff
- Ability to cater to guest’s needs in fine dining or casual dining format
- Able to work as a team player
- Ability to multitask; and work with a sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism and and high hospitality standard
- Must have good supervisory skills and able to delegate when appropriate
- Must have good communication skills and full understanding of menu to promote sales
- Must have strong food and beverage knowledge and well versed in Asian cuisine is a plus but not required
- Need to be familiar with POS operations
- Successfully adhere to Steps of Service
- Availability to work on evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the management team and fellow staff members to execute service standards
- Perform opening and closing duties as required by the schedule.
- Extensive knowledge of the food and beverage menus to provide guests with a high quality dining experience.
- Assist in the opening and closing responsibilities.
- Developing relationships with guests, providing personalized service, anticipating, and delivering guests’ needs efficiently.
- Adhere to all relevant liquor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in a restaurant setting.
- Open Availability
The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.00) plus tips
