Position Summary:
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and self-sufficient Counter Server to join our team for weekday lunch service (10:30am–3:00pm). This hybrid role combines light service and counter duties — perfect for someone who enjoys guest interaction, takes pride in efficient solo service, and values a consistent schedule with a guaranteed hourly rate.
This is an independent, guest-facing position ideal for a hospitality professional with server experience who appreciates daytime hours and a stable, supportive environment.
Schedule & Pay:

Hours: Tuesday-Saturday, 10:30am–3:00pm

Compensation: $20/hour (non-tipped)
What You’ll Do:

Greet guests warmly and guide them through menu offerings.

Take orders, process payments, and coordinate food and beverage delivery from the kitchen.

Maintain a clean, organized counter and dining area.

Handle light setup and breakdown duties before and after service.

Ensure each guest enjoys a seamless, welcoming experience reflective of Tom Colicchio’s hospitality standards.

Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Server, Counter Person, or Cashier in a restaurant or café setting.

Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Comfort working independently and managing a small, steady flow of guests.

A positive attitude and professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Punctual, dependable, and able to maintain composure during busy moments.

Compensation Details
