We’re keeping what locals love while bringing new energy and warmth to the guest experience.
The Role
We’re looking for dependable, upbeat Front of House team members to join our Sebastopol crew. You’ll serve burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, ice cream, shakes, and other savory favorites (like fries) with care, connect with guests, and help set the tone for a happy, professional environment.
You Are:
Reliable, punctual, and take pride in your work
Friendly, curious, and respectful toward everyone you meet
Comfortable using tech (Square POS or similar)
A quick learner who thrives in a busy setting
Mature in attitude — ideal for college students or anyone ready for real responsibility
Responsibilities:
Greet guests and process orders through Square POS
Serve hamburgers, shakes, ice cream, and beverages to brand standards
Keep FOH areas clean and stocked
Communicate smoothly with kitchen and management
Support setup and closing tasks
Requirements:
18 years or older
Food-service or customer-service experience preferred
Weekend availability
Positive attitude and team spirit
