About This Role

Coat Check attendants are responsible for providing warm hospitality to guests, managing receipt, storage, organization and return of guests' coats, bags, and other personal belongings in order to aid the flow of service throughout the night. Coat Check Attendants will work to provide impeccable hospitality to each of our clients, working specifically with each individual need to curate the best experience possible.

Specific job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Greets guests promptly and kindly
• Accept, store and return any guests belongings that are left at the Coat Check area
• Communicate clearly with all guests and coworkers
• Ensures their workspace is staffed, clean, and organized at all times
• Return all guest belongings accurately. 

What You Bring

• Minimum of 1+ years’ front of house experience in fine dining restaurants, cocktail bars, hotels, or equivalent
• A positive attitude and passion for providing exceptional hospitality service
• A strong working knowledge of various reservations software
• Flexible work schedules: the ability to work night, weekends, holidays, as business permits
• The ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, up to 30lbs
• Kneel, bend, or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; be on feet for extended periods of time
