Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide assistance upon arrival to create a welcoming and seamless experience.
• Maintain an organized and efficient coat check service for guest convenience.
• Support the hosting of private events as needed, demonstrating flexibility and professionalism.
• Effectively manage reservations using systems like Resy to ensure smooth booking processes.
• Handle incoming calls courteously, offering information and reservation assistance promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong dedication to excellence and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with reservation systems such as Resy is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A proactive, ownership mindset focused on enhancing guest experiences with attention to detail.
