Fast Casual Concept (Up to $80K + Bonus)
Role(s) & Compensation:
General Manager Roles: $60,000–$68,000 base (depending on experience) + 20% achievable annual bonus plan. Multiple roles available.
Director of Operations: $110,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience) One role available.
Schedule: Hours are between 6am and 6pm
Location: DMV Metro Area - Candidates must be able to commute to multiple locations.

• Experience in fast-casual, high-volume counter service, or full-service operations

• A track record of improving systems, enhancing performance, and elevating the guest experience
