General Manager: Growing Fast Casual Brand

Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 base (depending on experience) + 20% achievable annual bonus plan
Schedule: Mostly daytime hours, never open past 7 PM
Location: DMV Metro Area

As the brand continues to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic, guest-focused General Manager to lead one of its highest-volume locations. • Experience in fast-casual, or full service restaurant environments. The most important factor is that you thrive in a guest facing environment.
