Position Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced and personable Maitre D / Host Manager to lead our front door operations and ensure every guest receives a warm, polished, and seamless experience. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and thrives in a high-volume, hospitality-driven environment.
Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate the host team to deliver outstanding service.

Manage nightly reservations, walk-ins, and VIP guests.

Oversee guest flow and table rotation for optimal pacing and service balance.

Maintain excellent communication with the management and service teams.

Greet and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.

Handle guest requests, special occasions, and feedback with care.

Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maitre D, Head Host, or Front Desk Supervisor in a high-volume restaurant.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
