Requirements

Skills/Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant experience in a high-volume, excellence-driven environment
  • Must have previous experience working fast-paced sauté, pantry, or grill stations
  • Excellent knife skills
  • Excellent work ethic and dedication to the hospitality industry
  • Must be driven to meet or exceed standards of operational excellence
  • Likes to work in a team and professional work ethic
  • Food Safety Knowledge
  • High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods

Triple Crown, Fearless Restaurants' largest project yet, is housed in the Radnor Hotel. It features 17,000 sq ft of indoor banquet space, 20,000 sq ft outdoors, and a premier restaurant opening Fall 2024. This ambitious 3-phase endeavor is the most extensive in our portfolio.

Indoor events host up to 250 seated guests with a dance floor. We're bustling weekly with weddings, funerals, graduations, corporate luncheons, trainings, and large functions. Boasting top-tier audiovisual in the Greater Philly area, it's a prime corporate and social destination.

The restaurant offers 200 seats plus a 40-seat bar, ideal for hotel guests and travelers in the 180-room Radnor Hotel. Equestrian-inspired design shines with plaid, stripes, and chinoiserie accents. Cozy ambiance with dark woods and bold patterns; all dining rooms are convertible for intimate private groups.

The outdoor garden features a glass conservatory for dining, events, or ceremonies, plus a three-season Sperry sailcloth tent seating 250 on bluestone flooring.
