Sous Chef

Elina's is hiring a Sous Chef. 

Some requirments of this role include but are not limited to as follows

Solid communication skills
Strong understanding of fundamental cooking techniques.
Ability to coordinate a team and execute standards established by chef owner
Ability to stay calm under pressure and drive service 
Expedite cooks and food runners from the line
Use tools provided to communicate needs to the prep team.
Butchery skills
Have and maintain one's own tools.
Ordering products, maintaining reasonable inventory pars and limiting product waste.
