QUALITY BISTRO is seeking experienced Full and Part Time Server Assistants to join our team!

Position Summary: A Server Assistant represents the restaurant with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism while selling and serving a fine dining experience. They must interact with restaurant guests, staff members, and management in a polite and hospitable manner to ensure an exemplary dining experience. The position functions as an assistant to the Server or Captain in the basic steps of service throughout a guest’s experience.

Position Requirements:

Arrive on time and prepare assigned stations according to Quality Branded (QB) standards and procedures.
Provide professional, friendly, and efficient service to guests while ensuring satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
Communicate clearly and work effectively with management, servers, and team members to support smooth service operations.
Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints and escalate to management or senior staff when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness of stations, dining areas, and front-of-house areas throughout the shift.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menus, food preparation, beverages, and service standards.
Adhere to Department of Health and CDC sanitation protocols, as well as QB hygiene and uniform policies.
Manage time efficiently, multitask, and complete side-work duties such as restocking and setup.
Be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the shift.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess strong communication skills in English.
