Three vacation weeks each year, one in July and two in January.
Paid holiday time starts after a year of employment and pays for one week, after two years all three weeks are paid.
Starts at $65,000 to $75,000 per year depending on experience (additional tips add more than another $10K), includes supported medical benefits.
A “Dining Journey” moves guests from a Champagne/cocktail reception, through a kitchen table experience interacting with the chefs, to a traditional dining room with panoramic views of the Alexander Valley and finishes in a magical chocolate room complete with a flowing wall of molten chocolate.
