Service Manager Expectations:
The Service Manager is responsible for aiding in the oversight of all operations. This position will be held to the highest professional and ethical standards.
The Service Manager will be responsible for aiding in:
- The day-to-day management of the overall property operations and affairs of the location.
- Implementing and maintaining the vision of the organization alongside company ownership.
- The directing and supervising of the service team.
- Contribute towards financial health of the business through effective cost control
- Ensuring the professional execution of all aspects of the business and setting the highest possible standards for the business.
- Assuming an active role in strategic planning, positioning, policy making and is responsible for the implementation and execution and maintenance of those plans and policies.
Requirements
- Strong floor presence: experience in upscale casual or fine dining preferred
- Hands-on management
- Service oriented mindset
- Available for MOD duties (closing 5 days a week)
