With a philosophy that the soul of the restaurant is found in its kitchen, we specialize in sustainably-sourced ingredients while placing an emphasis on artisanal ingredients to compliment our vast menu that includes deftly crafted housemade pasta.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, that can work efficiently and graciously within a small team of like-minded professionals.

- Possess 2 to 3 years of experience in fine-dining service environments
- Strong beverage knowledge of classic cocktails and most common varietals used in Italy, France and U.S are a plus
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Able to lift 30+ pounds
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Must have basic math skills
- Maintain friendly, helpful and positive attitude at all times
- Polished personal presentation
- Communicates information effectively and efficiently
- Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal direction
- Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule, per the needs of the business
- Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously and for extended periods as required to perform essential job functions
- Ability to perform essential job functions under pressure, maintains professionalism when working under stress
- Attends mandatory staff meetings
- Adherence to company, state, and county sanitation standards
- Adherence to posted schedule and clock in/out at times
- Unpack & organize all items in and around the restaurant to maintain highest level of cleanliness possible
- Perform all other related and compatible duties as assigned by the Management Team
- Adhere to all HR policies and procedures

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.00) plus tips
