Essential functions:
CONSISTENT EXECUTION of HASH BROWN PREP and other food items (following recipes, tasting product for quality)
Ability to multi-task and and maintain a clean workstation
Effective communication needed, TEAM ORIENTED individuals only
Ability to follow directions and recipes is very important
Seeks knowledge of local California ingredients
Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities
Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
This position requires the ability to lift up to 30lbs
