El Vez serves creative yet classic Mexican fare with a focus on Baja-style cooking and South Florida’s freshest seafood. Guests enjoy signature margaritas, inventive cocktails, and an impressive selection of mezcals and tequilas.

Who You Are:
-
2+ years of experience as a Line Cook in a well-rated or high-volume restaurant
-
Strong knife skills and a commitment to consistent execution
-
Knowledge of classic cooking techniques and Mexican cuisine a plus
-
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
-
Works well under pressure and in a collaborative kitchen environment
-
Open availability for morning/day and weekend shifts
