Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier / Server. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, preparing bowls to specification, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with menu selections
- Accurately take orders and process payments using POS systems
- Prepare and assemble bowls according to customer preferences and company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house and prep areas
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or cashiering is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Basic math skills and comfort with handling cash/card transactions
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
