Chef Andrew Carmellini and Chef Anthony Ricco are seeking a BREAKFAST LINE COOK to join the back-of-house team of LEUCA.
Leuca is a neighborhood restaurant serving Chef Andrew Carmellini's Southern Italian-inspired menu in the heart of Williamsburg at The William Vale. Leuca offers a menu of wood-fired coastal Italian dishes, and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Ideal Candidates:
*Have excellent knife skills and a working knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation.
*Prepare and execute key components of dishes.
*Are able to lift 25 lbs or more.
*Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes.
*Support their fellow cooks.
*Must be available for AM shift
