Line Cook

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Work at the counter serving and interacting with customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
• Ensure proper food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
• Work efficiently during peak service hours
• Assist with prep work and inventory management
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
• Comfortable working at the counter and engaging with customers
• Knowledge of Korean cuisine is a huge plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
