Part of PRESS // Understudy
Press restaurant creates a sense of place in the heart of Napa Valley through it's celebration of the cuisine, wine and hospitality that make this beautiful wine region a unique and special place.
Led by Chef Philip Tessier, Bocuse d'Argent 2015 (candidate) & Bocuse d'Or 2017 (coach), the Michelin 1-Star cuisine is inspired by the many local farms and purveyors who provide incredible produce and quality ingredients. Combined with flawless technique and a team-focused kitchen, Press is an excellent formative experience for a young chef looking to refine their skills and work among the best.
PRESS has been awarded a "Grand Award" by Wine Spectator since 2022. Our cellars boast the largest collection of Napa Valley wines and showcases the history and depth of this extraordinary wine region.
