Circle Hospitality Group is launching a new Asian-inspired bakery in Koreatown, NYC. We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Baker to help execute daily production and ensure high-quality baked goods for our customers.
Responsibilities-
Execute daily baking production following established recipes and standards.

Prepare and bake a variety of Asian-inspired breads, pastries, and desserts.

Maintain consistency in product quality, taste, and presentation.

Assist with prep, portioning, and packaging baked goods.

Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Work collaboratively with the Head Baker and culinary team to meet production goals.

Previous professional baking or pastry experience preferred (1–2 years).

Familiarity or interest in Asian-style baking is a strong plus.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow recipes accurately.

Able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

$17/hour, with opportunities for growth within the bakery and the broader Circle Hospitality Group.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($17.00 - $18.00)
