Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Work all areas of the operation & multiple stations while ensuring quality standards are met
• All stocking, prep, and set up for service
• Managing tickets through KDS system and POS (Lightspeed)
• Manage customer lines timely and accurately
• Ensure orders are accurately submitted to kitchen
• Provide superior customer service to our guests

• Maintain cleanliness of counter, guest and kitchen areas
• Responsible for all Point of Sale transactions
• Consistently kneel and follow proper lifting procedures
• Complete all opening and closing procedures as outlined by management
• All other duties as assigned by management

Required skills and expertise:

• Strong interest in the Food Service industry and service excellence
• Willingness to learn POS, KDS and inventory systems
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills with coworkers and guests
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Follow all Health and Safety guidelines as required by Department of Health

The pay range for this position is $16.50-$17.00 per hour depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance for qualifying individuals, 401(k), NY Paid Sick Leave and dining discounts.
