Job Details

 The Backal Hospitality Group is growing its culinary leadership team and is seeking an experienced Director of Culinary to lead and inspire our team of dedicated culinary professionals. Under the direction of the Vice President of Culinary this role will work in partnership and provide collaborative efforts in managing the daily operations, menu development, providing mentorship and coaching, fostering relationships with purveyors and the ability to flex one’s creative competencies.

 
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of culinary management experience, and strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills coupled with an elevated knowledge of all government health regulations and industrial safety standards.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($120,000.00 - $135,000.00)
