MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR WEEKEND BRUNCH, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.
MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILIBILITY.

Busser Requirements:
- FOH: Polished, Professional, and Punctual
- 3 - 5 years of Runner experience in reputable NYC restaurants. Fine dining preferred.
- Ability to carry three plates in two hands gracefully
- Must be able to lift 50lbs+ with ease
- Must be able to navigate stairs regularly
- A positive and self-motivated attitude with a commitment to excellence
- Flexible Availability
- Full time required. Must have open availability.
- An appreciation of French Cuisine & culture
